Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, procurement support, vendor onboarding, and producing progress reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and track milestones and risks.
• Manage project meetings, milestones and site visits, coordinate stakeholders.
• Coordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for project leadership.
