Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. You will manage day-to-day execution, scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Working closely with senior PMs, you will oversee risk, document progress, and drive safety and quality. Travel up to 50% may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4-6 years of project management experience in data centers, industrial, mission-critical, or equivalent construction environments.
• Experience coordinating project scope, schedule, budget, contractors, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of mission-critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning, testing, turnover, or related project activities within active operational environments.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across clients, contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
• Availability to travel up to 50% overall, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project execution on time and within budget per plans.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Track and document project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables.
• Identify project risks for mitigation and issue resolution.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and coordination.
• Coordinate planned project and site activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
