Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. You will guide day-to-day execution under a senior PM, coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to JLL standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction or facilities project management, with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting procurement or RFP processes.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across concurrent projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones; escalate risks to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and cross-team communication.
• Closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Identify risks and support mitigation with leadership.
• Support procurement activities including bid coordination and vendor documentation.
• Facilitate scheduling and milestone tracking across teams and vendors.
• Support field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and contractor activities.
• Promote site safety and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
