Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Data Centers-Construction to lead fast-track data center projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management in data center construction environments.
• Leading large-scale ($50M+) complex projects with MEP infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical MEP, power/cooling, and commissioning.
• Proficient with project management, scheduling and financial tools.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop solutions for risks and escalations through stakeholder engagement.
• Manage procurement, financials, and contract execution across delivery models.
• Mentor PMs and coordinate PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Promote site safety and enforce quality and compliance.
• Lead complex technical coordination including commissioning and energized work.
