Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or construction administration experience.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and document management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with daily coordination of data center construction activities, including tracking deliverables and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with client communications and meeting preparation; track follow-ups.
• Support document control and filing systems to ensure current drawings and specifications are available.
