Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to deliver fast track data center and mission-critical projects. You will oversee day-to-day execution, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in data centers or similar environments, a relevant bachelor's degree, travel up to 50%, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

• BS in CM, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of PM experience in data centers or critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mission-critical building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery, planning, and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and reporting under senior PM guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation to keep projects on track.
