Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development, including 6+ years of people leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.
• 5+ Years of related experience in HVAC sales.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: assess and communicate market intelligence, market characteristics and segmentation, trends, and growth potential.
• Strategic Planning: develop and drive business strategy for Data Center vertical market and provide updates to leadership.
• Key Customer Planning & Execution: elevate Data Center team and drive process improvements for the customer experience.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead implementation of vertical market strategy with internal customers (supply chain, manufacturing, service operations, product development).
• Marketing: collaborate with marketing on materials, trade shows, visibility, and speaker opportunities.
• Team Management: lead Data Center experts; drive pipeline growth and headcount planning.
