Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Scientific, or Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development with 6+ years in people leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data centers and hyperscalers.
• 5+ years of related experience in HVAC sales.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: assess market intelligence and growth potential for the Data Center vertical.
• Strategic Planning: develop and drive business strategy and long-term plans.
• Key Customer Planning & Execution: elevate Data Center team professionalism and scale complex solutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead internal cross-functional implementation of vertical strategy.
• Marketing: collaborate on materials, events, and visibility.
