Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical nationwide. You will set the market strategy, drive growth, and lead a high‑performing team toward profitable results across field, manufacturing, and service operations.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel. You will develop executive relationships with C‑suite leaders at hyperscalers and data center operators, coordinate strategic planning, and oversee customer experience initiatives to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through periods of rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and communicate market intelligence for data centers, including growth potential and competitive positioning.
• Develop and drive business strategy for the Data Center vertical, with periodic updates to leadership.
• Elevate customer experience, scale complex solutions with field, manufacturing, and sales leadership.
• Lead implementation of vertical market strategy with internal customers across supply chain and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, events, and visibility; identify speaking and publishing opportunities.
• Lead a team of Data Center experts; manage pipeline growth, headcount planning, and coaching.
