Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead end-to-end Start‑up, Commissioning, and aftermarket service projects within the Data Center Services Center of Excellence. You will set guidelines, define tasks and milestones, coordinate resources, and drive performance to meet customer requirements and project targets with high‑quality service.

The role is remote in the US, with up to 20% travel for kickoff and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering highly preferred.
• 3+ years in electrical industry as PM or SME with paralleling switchgear, protection and control systems, energy management or data center/power markets.
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team with execution approach, hand-over, planning, monitoring and control for internal and external resources.
• Develop and maintain project planning documents.
• Monitor costs, resource efficiency, and HSE in projects.
