Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Data Centers market, focusing on growth across the Low Voltage Power Distribution portfolio. You will work with end users, hyperscalers, EPCs, contractors, and partners to shape opportunities and drive closing deals.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, pipeline quality, and forecasting accuracy, with up to 50-70% travel and remote regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 8+ years of business development, strategic sales, or related leadership experience.
• Experience in Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, Electrical Distribution, Industrial Infrastructure, or adjacent markets.
• Knowledge of low-voltage power distribution equipment and related infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with end users, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of project pursuit, opportunity qualification, account planning, and sales process management.
• Experience managing CRM-based pipelines and forecasts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of Siemens low-voltage power distribution solutions within the Data Center market.
• Developing and executing account development plans for strategic customers, consultants, EPCs, and hyperscaler organizations.
• Identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities from early project development through award.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, electrical contractors, consultants, EPC firms, and key industry influencers.
• Provide technical support of products and their integration into power supply systems and prequalification support.
• Lead qualification, capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and pursuit strategy development.
