Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Regional Account Manager – Data Center to drive profitable growth across Siemens’ data center portfolio. The role is remote in the central US and requires developing account plans, expanding share of wallet, and coordinating with engineering and services teams to deliver client value.

You will manage long-term relationships with hyperscale customers, travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, and aim to improve gross margins while guiding local sales teams

Qualifications

• 50%+ travel domestically and internationally.
• 10+ years proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the Data Center industry.
• 5+ years of experience in power/electrical systems and/or building automation systems.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Establish a growth-oriented relationship with clients.
• Develop a complete understanding of account needs and manage strategic business plans.
• Grow share of wallet across Siemens businesses locally and globally.
• Collaborate with customer and business to define KPIs/OKRs.
• Utilize tools and processes for pipeline management and program execution.
