Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US Data Center market across the Eastern Region, based in Atlanta, GA. You will combine strategic BD with hands-on account management to pursue new opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers while positioning our portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, and onsite power generation solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven BD and sales track record in electrical infrastructure or data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the data center, energy, electrical infrastructure, industrial solutions, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of energy infrastructure solutions, including power distribution, grid connection, backup power, onsite power generation, and related technologies.
• Willingness to travel across the US Eastern Region and internationally; fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities within the US Eastern Data Center market.
• Promote Siemens Energy’s portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, grid connection, onsite power generation, and integrated energy solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with consultative support and strategic account plans to optimize energy infrastructure for resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, technology partners, system integrators, engineering firms, and service providers.
• Collaborate with sales teams, product management, regional hubs, and business areas to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success.
• Support go-to-market strategies and represent Siemens Energy at meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
