Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Global Strategy Lead for Data Centers. This remote role, based in North America, will own growth strategy, go-to-market execution and commercial performance for the SEF Data Center vertical across NA, Europe and Asia.

You will define where we play and how we win with hyperscale, colocation and enterprise customers, and collaborate with EPC, OEM and equipment manufacturers. Travel 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
• 8–10 years in marketing, sales, product management or business development in industrial markets.
• Deep data center market knowledge — hyperscale, colocation or construction ecosystems.
• Direct experience with engineered fastening applications or assembly automation.
• Proven ability to develop growth strategies and manage revenue and margin.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Data Center vertical strategy, market sizing and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead go-to-market execution and demand generation across NA, Europe and Asia.
• Coordinate with regional sales, product, engineering and finance across regions.
• Build metrics, dashboards and reporting to measure vertical performance.
