Job summary

ABB is seeking a Data Center Tender/Quotation Specialist to support national data center accounts in developing field services proposals for critical data center infrastructure. You will craft competitive bids, lead cost documentation, and align technical and commercial aspects with customer needs.

The role requires deep experience in power delivery systems, field service, and data center processes, with ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in STEM or business.
12+ years in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service required.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically, as required.
Experience with industrial power delivery and/or power distribution systems, ideally in data center market.
Technical experience with data center customers and processes.
Ability to interface closely with internal & external customers.
Previous contract terms & conditions, or execution experience.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations with optimal product mix and pricing.
Ensure tenders are well-documented with full and accurate costs.
Lead and manage technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids and quotations.
Manage collection and archival of documentation; report bid status regularly.
