Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Data Center aftermarket service business. You will shape national strategy, drive maintenance agreements, and partner with District Service to secure opportunities across multiple facilities.

The role requires senior-level strategic sales experience, Data Center knowledge, and the ability to influence across functions while maintaining local customer relationships and service execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales.
• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical services is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket growth.
• Identify and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements and aftermarket opportunities.
• Serve as the Data Center service subject matter expert for guidance on operations and market trends.
• Standardize maintenance programs, scopes of work, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate opportunities across District Service to deliver a consistent national service experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring aftermarket revenue and retention.
