Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategic sales, or account management (hunter roles preferred).
• 3+ years in manufacturing/advanced tech with data centers as core customers.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales including Fortune 50 customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account strategy to win named neocloud and colocation data center customers.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored cooling solutions to enable growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive contract execution with stakeholders.
