Job summary

Skimmer is building the data-driven backbone for our rapidly expanding pool and spa services platform. We are seeking a Revenue Operations/BI professional who thrives on turning messy data into actionable metrics used by leaders weekly.

You will own standing reports, drive data quality across CRM and data models, and collaborate with executives and product teams to scale reporting as new products and acquisitions come online.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, ideally with vertical SaaS (service industry and payment solutions preferred).
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and modern data transformation workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), including data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with both clean, well-defined data sources and raw, messy data.
• Proficiency in BI or reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Replit, or OpenAI for prototyping and analysis.
• Bonus points: familiarity with GTM reporting, or exposure to finance or accounting reconciliation work.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, retention, and customer success.
• Support revenue and finance reporting, including revenue-share and reconciliation for partner and referral agreements, and embedded financing products.
• Clean, enrich, and automate CRM data workflows to maintain data integrity.
• Support pipeline hygiene audits by standardizing fields and closing data-quality gaps across new pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into CRM for cross-functional visibility.
• Automate manual, spreadsheet-driven processes so CRM data flows automatically.
• Prototype new reports with AI tools and integrate them into production BI tools after approval.
• Stand up reporting for GTM, finance, and operations as new areas come online.
• Support acquisitions and expand the data layer with data matching and migration tasks.
