Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to transform messy data into reliable numbers used by leaders weekly. You’ll enhance RevOps dashboards, ensure data quality across the CRM, and automate reporting processes.

Proficiency in SQL and CRM platforms enables cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Finance teams. You’ll work with AI tools to prototype insights and help scale reporting as Skimmer grows through acquisitions and new products.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, ideally with a background in vertical SaaS (experience in the service industry and payment solutions is preferred).
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and working with modern data transformation workflows (e.g., Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), including data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows.

Responsibilities

• Help run our weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting, covering go-to-market funnel, payments and financial performance, product adoption, churn and retention, and customer success/onboarding.
• Support reporting Finance and Accounting rely on, including revenue-share reporting for partner and referral agreements, reconciliation support, and reporting on embedded financing products.
• Make our CRM data clean, complete, and automatic.
• Support recurring pipeline and field hygiene audits by standardizing and consolidating fields and helping close data-quality gaps.
