Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn messy data into trusted numbers used by leadership. You will own and optimize RevOps dashboards, ensure CRM data quality, and partner with Finance, Product, and Sales to drive actionable insights.

Remote-friendly role with opportunities to expand ownership as the data model evolves. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake and modern BI tools, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a SaaS

Qualifications

Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, ideally with a vertical SaaS background.
Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data transformation workflows.
Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) including data structures, field mapping and data-quality workflows.
Strong attention to detail with both clean and messy data.

Responsibilities

Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
Support reporting for Finance and Accounting, including revenue-share and reconciliation work.
Clean, complete CRM data and automate data population to reduce manual work.
Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps across new pipelines and product lines.
Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into CRM for cross-functional visibility.
Prototype reports with AI tools and integrate approved outputs into production BI.
