Skimmer is modernizing the pool and spa service industry and seeks a Revenue Operations/Data Analytics pro. You will own and evolve weekly RevOps dashboards, clean and automate CRM data, and prototype AI-enabled reports that leaders use for decisions.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Product, and Sales to extend data coverage as new products and acquisitions come online. You should be proficient in SQL, have experience with Snowflake and CRM platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Proven SQL expertise and data warehouse querying.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data mapping.
• Attention to detail with clean and messy data.
• Proficiency with a BI or reporting tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong EQ and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsabilités

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support reporting for Finance and Accounting, including revenue-share and reconciliations.
• Make CRM data clean, complete, and automated.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps in pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into the CRM for leadership visibility.
• Automate manual spreadsheet processes so CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and integrate into production BI.
• Stand up reporting for GTM, finance, and operations as they come online.
• Assist acquisitions and grow into the data layer; support data matching and migration.
• Learn and own customer and revenue data model under Director guidance.
