Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven RevOps analyst to own and improve revenue reporting across GTM, finance, and product adoption. You will ensure data quality in CRM and data warehouses, enabling leaders to make weekly decisions with accurate dashboards.

You will collaborate across Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools, while prototyping AI-driven insights for scalable reporting and acquisitions support.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SQL and data querying for revenue ops.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
• Familiarity with modern data transformation workflows and CRM data structures.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data mapping.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run and own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reports across GTM funnel, revenue, and product adoption.
• Support revenue-finance reporting including revenue-share, reconciliations, and embedded financing products.
• Clean and automate CRM data; improve data quality and field hygiene.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage into CRM for cross-functional visibility.
• Prototype AI-driven reports and integrate them into production BI tooling.
• Assist acquisitions data matching, migration, and performance assessment.
