Job summary

Skimmer is building a data-driven revenue organization. We want a skilled RevOps/BI professional who turns messy data into trusted numbers used by leaders weekly. You will own reporting, maintain data quality, and grow into more ownership as our data footprint expands with new products and acquisitions.

You’ll work with AI tooling to prototype insights, refine CRM integration, and collaborate across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SQL and data analytics.
• Experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Working with modern data transformation workflows and CRM data structures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support revenue and finance reporting, including revenue-share and reconciliations.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data.
• Consolidate fields and close data-quality gaps in pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into the CRM.
