Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations/BI professional to transform messy data into trusted numbers. You will own and expand weekly RevOps dashboards, improve CRM data quality, and collaborate with product and finance teams to drive critical decisions.

You’ll leverage SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce/HubSpot, and modern BI tools to prototype and scale reporting, with remote-friendly work options and a strong culture focused on customers and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle both clean and messy data.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• High EQ and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, and retention.
• Support Finance and Accounting reporting, including revenue-share and reconciliations.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage into the CRM for leadership visibility.
• Automate manual processes and prototype reports with AI tools for production BI.
