Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/BI-focused analyst to turn messy data into trusted numbers, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. You’ll maintain and expand standing reports, close data-quality gaps, and own recurring reporting as you learn our data model.

Expect collaboration with executives, product, and finance across a growing data footprint. You will prototype AI-enabled insights, automate CRM data workflows, and help scale reporting for GTM, finance, and post‑acquisition

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics, ideally with vertical SaaS; service industry and payment solutions helpful.
• Proven SQL expertise, experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data transformation workflows; CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) data structures and quality workflows.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable with clean and messy data alike.
• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• High EQ and proven cross-functional relationship-building ability.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Replit, OpenAI) for prototyping/analysis.
• Bonus: GTM reporting familiarity or exposure to finance/accounting reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Run and evolve weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reports (go-to-market funnel, payments, churn, retention, onboarding).
• Support reporting for Finance and Accounting, including revenue-share and reconciliation for partnerships and embedded financing products.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data.
• Standardize fields; close data-quality gaps across new pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into CRM for cross-functional visibility.
• Automate manual spreadsheet-driven processes so CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype new reports with AI tools; partner with RevOps leadership to productionize them.
• Stand up reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations as they come online.
• Support acquisitions and expand into the data layer; assist data matching and migration.
