Sikich seeks a Client Services Specialist to provide post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain clients. You will investigate issues, coordinate enhancements, and help clients realize value from their D365 investment.

You will collaborate with project teams and clients to gather requirements, create specifications, and deliver timely solutions while maintaining strong communication in a remote work environment.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes and their impact across business functions.
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&SCM.
• At least two years in client-facing application/service desk/post-implementation support.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Mansioni

• Serve as a service desk member, providing post-implementation functional support for D365 F&SCM or AX.
• Partner with implementation teams to transition from project delivery to ongoing support.
• Investigate and resolve client issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Gather requirements and develop functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Create functional design specs, support docs, and end-user materials.
• Maintain knowledge of D365 F&SCM capabilities and apply relevant features.
• Use D365 Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps and standard delivery tools to document and track work.
• Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and teams.
