Job summary
Sikich is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to provide post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. You will own complex cases, coordinate with clients and implementation teams, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and processes.
The role requires deep D365 knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to mentor consultants while working remotely with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5+ years of functional consulting with D365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- 3+ years post-implementation support in a client-facing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-implementation functional support for D365 Finance & SCM clients.
- Own complex/escalated support cases from assessment to resolution.
- Diagnose root causes and communicate status and risks to clients.
- Plan and execute transitions from project delivery to ongoing support.
- Mentor and review work products to share best practices.
- Use D365 Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps to track work per SLAs.
- Maintain knowledge of D365 capabilities and perform in a remote client-facing setting.
