Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients. You will investigate issues, coordinate enhancements, and help clients realize sustained value from their D365 investment.

As part of the service desk, you will partner with implementation teams to transition from project delivery to ongoing support, diagnose issues, and deliver timely solutions while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in SCM, Operations, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
2–4 years of functional consulting or implementation with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and SCM.
At least 2 years of client-facing post‑implementation support experience.
US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

Serve as part of the service desk, providing post-implementation support for D365 Finance and SCM or earlier AX versions.
Plan and execute a transition from project delivery to ongoing client support with implementation teams.
Investigate and resolve client issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives for performance and usability.
Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and deliver timely solutions.
Gather requirements and develop functional specifications for system enhancements.
Create clear, accurate functional design specs, support docs, and end-user materials.
Maintain knowledge of D365 capabilities and apply relevant features to address client needs.
Use LCS, Azure DevOps, and other tools to document and complete work.
Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and teams.
