Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the service desk team, providing post-implementation functional support for D365 Finance & SCM clients.
• Partner with implementation teams to plan and execute transitions from project delivery to ongoing client support.
• Investigate and resolve client issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Gather requirements and develop functional specs for system enhancements.
