Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients. You will investigate issues, coordinate enhancements, and help clients realize sustained value from their D365 investment while collaborating with implementation teams and client stakeholders.

This role supports a remote delivery model and requires strong problem-solving and communication to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&SCM.
• At least two years of client-facing post-implementation support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a service desk member, delivering post-implementation support for D365 Finance & SCM.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to transition from project delivery to ongoing client support.
• Investigate and resolve client issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Diagnose issues with functional and technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specs for system enhancements.
• Create clear design specifications, documentation, and end-user materials.
• Maintain knowledge of D365 capabilities and apply them to client needs.
• Document work with Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps and standard tools.
• Operate effectively in a remote environment with strong communication.
