Qualifications

• BS degree in CS or MIS or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in technical roles (SE, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect) ideally for cyber security.
• 5+ years in customer-facing or customer support roles.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS with enterprise customers; support for Sales teams.
• Knowledge in IoT/OT/IoMT, network knowledge, Python scripting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations with customers.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Address customer needs with clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with teammates while delivering individual contributions.
• Support sales process from technical perspective and develop new use cases.
• Travel up to 40% of the time (may vary by region).
