Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect)
• 5+ years in customer-facing or customer support roles
• Solid understanding of networking concepts
• Demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives with successful outcomes
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with enterprise customers and supporting Sales AE's / RSM's

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations
• Deploy proof-of-value installations

• Address prospects' needs through verbal and written communication
