Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant to align our customers with the right security solutions, guiding them through their environment and ensuring value realization from their investments. You will provide technical leadership and craft designs that map to core business imperatives.

You will evangelize PANW’s on-prem, cloud, and security operations leadership, partnering with teams across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialists to deliver impactful demonstrations

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
• Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions.
• Understand customer business requirements and position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the PANW portfolio to create business value.
• Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform and build relationships for increased productivity, security, and innovation.
• Conduct discovery to understand key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.
• Work with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with effective presentations and demos, and conduct workshops that simplify complex ideas.
• Lead technical validation efforts based on best practices to secure technical wins in opportunities.
• Promote end-to-end solutions with PANW and partner services to realize business value sooner.
• Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate PANW's leadership in cybersecurity.
