Humana, Inc. is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple domains, translating strategy into execution and aligning stakeholders to achieve concrete cybersecurity outcomes.

You will work with cybersecurity leaders, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive successful results while handling risks, budgets, and dependencies. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in technology or cybersecurity.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.
• Experience in cybersecurity domains such as Identity Security, Cloud Security or Governance.
• Strong planning, risk management, governance and reporting skills.
• Experience with executive communications and stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, tech orgs, business stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Drive execution in areas like IAM, PAM, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud, Network, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, executive updates, governance forums and steering meetings.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation and response plans.
• Establish project reporting with progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Communicate status to leadership with concise, decision-focused materials.
• Align execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps; manage scope and timeline.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and time tracking; support vendor engagements and procurement.
• Maintain artifacts, governance, and controls; adapt approaches to Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.
