Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives across domains including Identity Security, Threat Management, and Cloud Security.

The role translates strategy into execution, aligns stakeholders, manages risks, and delivers initiatives with transparency. Expect collaboration with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years leading technology/cybersecurity projects.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects in cybersecurity domains (Identity Security, Security Operations, etc.).
• Strong planning, risk, dependency, governance, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and decision-support materials.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and vendor engagements.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in matrixed environments with changing priorities.
• Fluency in ServiceNow PPM for project financials and resource tracking.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, tech groups, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Drive execution across domains like IAM, PAM, SOC, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud/Sec, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and schedule impacts with mitigation plans.
• Establish reporting for progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop leadership-level communications and status updates.
• Align project execution with strategic objectives and capability roadmaps.
• Manage scope, goals, and timelines within approved objectives.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and time tracking with portfolio management.
• Ensure issue resolution and accountability; support vendor engagements and procurement.
