Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives.

The role anchors to domains such as Identity Security, Threat Management, Security Operations, and Governance, Risk & Compliance, coordinating across architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives. You will translate strategy into execution, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure transparent delivery

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience leading tech/cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multi-team, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in at least one cybersecurity domain (Identity Security, Cloud Security, etc.).
• Strong planning, risk, dependency, governance and reporting skills.
• Experience delivering executive-level communications and status reports.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, or vendor engagements.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
