Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives.

You will anchor projects within cybersecurity domains and collaborate across identity, threat, security operations, product security, governance, and cloud security teams. As a trusted delivery leader, you will translate strategy into execution, manage risks, and provide clear progress reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in technology, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver executive‑level communications and decision materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, tech groups, and vendors.
• Drive execution in domains such as Identity Security, Cloud Security, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, governance reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify delivery risks and dependency impacts; create mitigation plans.
• Maintain project reporting with progress, risks, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to align with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
