The Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing security professional who provides consultative technical support to customers and internal sales teams. This role focuses on designing, positioning, and articulating cybersecurity solutions that align with customer business objectives across modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, HITRUST.
• Strong knowledge of email security technologies (phishing defense, SEG, DLP, and APIs).
• Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products to customers and sales teams.
• Expertise with email security vendors (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal) and related data security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security needs.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps and risks.
• Develop high-level architectures and solution proposals for email security.
• Present security solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with partners to validate proposed solutions.
• Assist with PoC efforts to prove technical fitness and business value.
• Provide security-focused enablement to internal sales teams.
