Horizon3.ai is a remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero platform-based autonomous pentests and security assessments. We seek an experienced Customer Success Associate for EMEA to guide mid-market customers post-sale, drive adoption, and ensure value realization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape the Customer Success experience across Europe, helping to renew, expand, and transform client security postures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles.
• Strong ability to align solutions to business priorities and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of EMEA mid-market customers as their post-sales technical advisor for NodeZero platform adoption.
• Cultivate champions from security leadership and guide adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
• Deliver technical onboarding to drive adoption and showcase value of advanced features like Tripwires and Insights.
• Identify customer needs and challenges and propose solutions to improve cybersecurity posture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape CS experience across the region.
• Drive retention and growth by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring smooth renewals.
• Act as customer advocate, relay feedback to internal teams to evolve products and services.
• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on strategy and outcomes.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and scalable playbooks for the region.
• Maintain detailed records of customer health and touchpoints using CS platforms.
