Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity programs, risk initiatives, and strategic advisory services for clients, partnering with executive teams and security operations to strengthen security programs.

Responsibilities include managing frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, delivering vCISO guidance, and coaching the security team as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field; professional experience accepted.
• CISM/CISA certifications or equivalent are desirable.
• Experience leading security governance, risk, and compliance programs across frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.
• Manage risk assessments, third-party risk, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, roadmaps, and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee Security Program Platform and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
