Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients, using frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.

In this senior role you will mentor the CSS team, coordinate with clients and executives, provide strategic security guidance, and ensure contractual obligations are met while advancing clients' security

Qualifications

8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
Active CISSP certification.
Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001; audit support experience.
Experience with risk assessments, third-party risk, cyber insurance, and GRC tooling.
Excellent client-facing communication; ability to advise executives.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
Oversee risk assessments, policy development, and evidence collection for audits.
Manage vendor risk, cyber insurance questionnaires, and third-party due diligence.
Provide vCISO services, security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
Guide AI governance and emerging security risks with clients and internal teams.
Ensure delivery of security commitments and remediation across client engagements.
