Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs and risk management initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and CMMC while delivering vCISO advisory services.

• 8+ years in information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading multi-framework compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms and evidence management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Oversee the Security Program Platform and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Manage internal and client risk assessments, third-party risk, vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
• Maintain security policies and audit-ready documentation; track remediation gaps.
