Job summary

Inico Recruitment is seeking an Account Executive for Cybersecurity Services. This fully remote role covers the United States and focuses on selling a mix of project work and recurring managed security services to mid-market organisations.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature, collaborating with leadership and the security team to tailor solutions around client risks, regulatory needs, and insurance requirements. Base salary is $100,000 with $200,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing cybersecurity or managed IT services deals.
• Experience selling into regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
• Comfort with a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale.
• Understanding of MDR, SOC, pen testing or compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI or ISO 27001.
• Based in the US, ideally in Central Time, and willing to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline of new business across regulated industries.
• Run discovery and scope engagements with technical experts.
• Close deals with IT leaders and senior executives.
• Turn one-off assessments and pen tests into long-term MDR contracts.
• Meet clients and prospects in person where it helps win business.
