Job summary

ARES Scientific is hiring for a Customer Experience Associate to support sales and operations by ensuring accurate sales documentation, maintaining CRM data integrity, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options. Candidates must reside within the contiguous United States. Compensation ranges per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM/ERP experience required; HubSpot/Odoo experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple interconnected departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to prepare accurate and timely sales quotes.
• Review quotes prepared by others.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and support timely resolution of requests.
• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM and ERP data.
• Support internal workflows that ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed, and perform other duties as needed.
