Job summary

Animal Care Systems is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support sales and operations by ensuring accurate sales documentation, maintaining CRM data integrity, and coordinating across departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

This full-time role offers in-office, hybrid, or remote work within the contiguous United States, with a compensation range of $17–$29 per hour and a benefits package including health, retirement, PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRM/ERP experience required; HubSpot/Odoo experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across multiple interconnected departments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and timely sales quotes
• Review sales quotes prepared by others
• Communicate professionally and responsively with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and support timely resolution of requests
• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM and ERP data
• Support internal workflows that ensure a seamless customer experience
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed, and perform other duties as needed
