Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Representative to act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will handle inquiries across channels, guide product choices, and contribute to loyal customer relationships from a remote home office.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with requirements to reside in eligible states. Salary transparency is provided, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles
• Proven ability to drive high CSAT and timely responses
• Resolve issues with composure and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while serving customers
• Residency in eligible states: CO, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics
• Develop knowledge of BRUNT product portfolio to guide customers
• Analyze feedback and suggest solutions to reduce customer effort
• Understand policies and workflows to make customer-focused decisions
