BRUNT Workwear is seeking a customer-centric brand ambassador to deliver exceptional experiences and build loyal relationships with our trades-focused community.

You will handle inquiries across channels, resolve issues with professionalism, and use BRUNT’s product knowledge to guide customers to ideal solutions. This is a remote, non-exempt hourly role with room to grow as BRUNT expands its reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles including retail, call centers, or remote support.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to the best BRUNT products.
