Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits and strengthen customs compliance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and brokers to improve data accuracy, reduce duty overspend, and support seamless global trade operations.

The role focuses on U.S. customs compliance, PSC management, HTS classification, and data-driven improvement initiatives across import operations.

Qualifications

Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501, valuation and HTS classifications.
Strong analytical skills to identify errors, quantify impact and maintain audit records.
Experience with PSCs and importer of record requirements; work with brokers and Finance.
Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capabilities; create reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end import entry audits, review CBP documentation and drive corrective actions.
Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments and monitor broker performance.
Support accurate HTS classifications and resolve complex issues with guidance.
Analyze import data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate across Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers to improve data integrity.
