Job summary

Spreetail seeks a Trade Compliance Analyst in the U.S. to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and partner with brokers and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient global trade operations.

You will build scalable tools, dashboards, and reports to identify compliance risks and drive duty savings, while collaborating with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, and other teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP documentation.
• Strong data analysis and ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with customs brokers and PSCs.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Review HTS assignments and advise on complex classifications.
• Validate duty payments and monitor broker performance.
• Develop automation and reporting tools to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes.
