Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, ensure accurate HTS classifications, and collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams to streamline global trade operations.

You will develop dashboards and automation to improve data accuracy, monitor duty payments, and reduce overspend while keeping audit-ready records. Spreetail supports flexible Work Your Way, including remote work options and quarterly in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501, customs valuation, country of origin requirements, HTS classification, and trade remedies such as Sections 301 and 232.
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors, quantify financial impact, and maintain audit records.
• Experience with customs brokers, PSCs, and importer of record compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process, review CBP docs, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions, maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, recover overpayments with Finance.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty savings opportunities, and build dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customs processes and data integrity.
